Open the Template

Click the button above. Sign in to Notion if prompted.

Duplicate

Click "Duplicate" in the top-right corner of the Notion page. This copies the CareerPilot dashboard and all three databases into your workspace automatically.

Copy Your Database ID

Open your duplicated Job Tracker database in Notion. Copy the database ID from the URL — it is the 32-character string after the last / and before the ?v= . You will need this in the next step.

The template creates your Job Tracker, Resume Repository, and Interview Prep Hub pre-wired and ready — no manual field setup required.
